Hi TJH,
Sorry about the late response. Your previous reply must have gotten lost during my brief vacation.
Currently we mainly recommend making a back-up file with the simple image burner premium plugin for Max2Play. We originally built it to quickly burn new SD cards with fresh images, but we also included a button to save your current install of Max2Play as an .img. This way, you can either save it to a USB storage, a SambaShare, your existing SD or just burn a fresh one with a back-up.
There are also a few buttons to save or restore settings for things like the Squeezebox Server, but backing up is your safest bet for now 😉
24. November 2017 at 16:18 #32618Hi willy,
First of all, here’s an overview of the applets for Jivelite: https://github.com/ralph-irving/jivelite/tree/master/share/jive/applets
Unfortunately, I do not think there is such an applet currently available. However, you can glean a lot of info and perhaps get some good feedback from this thread where somebody created a custom clock applet: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?105083-Custom-Clock-for-Jivelite-with-800×480-Screen&p=899458&highlight=jivelite#post899458
The slimdevices forums in general are your best bet for this question 😉
24. November 2017 at 11:55 #32615Hallo Stefan,
23. November 2017 at 17:53 #32603Hi Marc,
First of all congrats on getting your hands on a Beocreate!
I contacted HiFiBerry and they recommend using the HiFiBerry DAC selection in our OS as well as taking a look at their current documentation:
23. November 2017 at 17:49 #32602Hallo Stefan,
23. November 2017 at 17:39 #32601Hi Fifer,
BT integration is only possible with the LMS on the Pi. But you could try using Apps like AllConnect and their capabilities for streaming amazon music from your phone via DLNA.
23. November 2017 at 17:37 #32600Hi Gordogass,
23. November 2017 at 17:31 #32598Hi Jens,
Please detail the setup of your systems in more detail, so can be able to help you solve this issue.
Please also make sure you have tried activating hw volume control.
23. November 2017 at 17:24 #32597Hi willy,
Thanks for the quick follow-up on how you solved the issue 🙂
23. November 2017 at 17:22 #32595Hi Danilo,
Thank you for the request. We’d love to add such guides. Could you let us know what your ideal setup steps for your two sound cards have been, then we can start setting this up.
We do not test DSD playback here very often and finetuning these settings for all of our sound card’s would take me a pretty long time, so I appreciate all the help I can get 🙂
23. November 2017 at 17:18 #32594Hi mgunis,
Have you used the USB sound card selection in the Raspberry Settings?
23. November 2017 at 17:16 #32593Hi Willem,
It looks like you have tried most options on the software side. Please also try putting out music via the headphone jack or HDMI to make sure your Pi is capable of putting out sound.
23. November 2017 at 17:02 #32591Hi Harald,
Did you update your version of the Bluetooth Plugin, yet? Please try installing the current version if you have not yet.
23. November 2017 at 16:37 #32590Hi bobd,
Please excuse the late reply, I was out on vacation and am still catching up 🙂
Please try
-f ~/squeezelite.logand make sure that there are no double spaces or other signs. (I assume the semicolon at the end is left out of the code line on purpose)23. November 2017 at 15:16 #32588Hi Stefan,
23. November 2017 at 15:14 #32587Hi JustBoom,
Following up on your question: You should find it in the /forums overview. The URL is https://www.max2play.com/en/forums/forum/moderator-forum/
21. November 2017 at 17:55 #32571Hi Harald,
Thank you for sharing. No, this is not a known issue. Do the phone and the Echo have the same distance from the Pi?
Please try disabling Bluetooth on the phone when trying the Echo.
21. November 2017 at 17:35 #32570Hi Adam,
Please try running the IR according to our guide without any manual steps, starting from a freshly burnt image.
Here’s the guide: https://www.max2play.com/en/set-up-justboom-ir-remote/
21. November 2017 at 17:34 #32569Hi Chrissoo,
1: Yes.
2: Yes, but only with two Raspberry Pi 3’s. The BT connection can only be used for either input or output, but not both at the same time on the same device.
21. November 2017 at 17:30 #32567Hi Stefan,
LMS Web Interface -> Settings -> Player -> Audio -> Power On Resume
21. November 2017 at 17:26 #32566Hi Markus,
21. November 2017 at 17:24 #32565Hi JustBoom,
Thanks for the heads-up! We definitely test this and let you know whether we can recreate the issue.
However, as a moderator, we would advise you to post in the specific mod’s forum in order to get a direct response from us and have a more open, direct communication.
Thank you.
21. November 2017 at 16:36 #32561Hi Song2,
21. November 2017 at 16:33 #32559Hi Hydro,
Sorry about the late response, I was out of the office for the last few days.
So do this plugin turn airplay device to Squeezebox or Squeezebox to airplay device ?
Squeezelite player into AirPlay compatible ones named after the device name.
You need to have Squeezelite running and connected to your LMS in order for shairtunes to work properly.
21. November 2017 at 16:26 #32558Hi willy,
21. November 2017 at 16:23 #32557Hi xijan,
