    Max2Play is a multiroom audio solution with server and player components. Multiroom audio solution meaning, that one can have a server with unlimited players. The players play the music shared by the server; they can be synchronised or play different tracks at the same time. The mini-computer can act as a server, a player or both.

    No, the Max2Play Image is free and can be used without a premium-licence. However, we distinguish between two types of plugins: the free plugins, which are included in the Max2Play-Image and the premium plugins, for which a premium-licence is needed. The list of avaiable plugins can be found here: https://www.max2play.com/en/addons/.

    Your licence is saved in our database in the form of your email address you used to purchase your order. It can be activated in the webinterface under the "Settings/REBOOT" tab. Please make sure the device you want to activate the device with, is connected to the internet. Further information can be found in our FAQ-website: https://www.max2play.com/en/faq/.

    Yes, your order can be shipped to a different address than your billing address.

    Shipping orders over 100€ we ship for free (Germany only, express shipping excluded). All shipping costs in EUR include 19% VAT. The shipping costs are dependent on the weight of the order, not the amount. More details about shipping costs can be found here: https://shop.max2play.com/en/lieferung

    Usually, your order is processed, packed and dispatched by us within 24 hours (weekends and holidays excluded). How long the shipping actually takes is difficult to say, however it should arrive at the latest within 3 working days.

    Yes, just click on the tracking link, which can be found in the email sent by us, after the items are packed and ready to be dispatched.

    The invoice is shipped with the package.

    Before you ask for technical assistance, please search for answers in the Max2play forum or the Wiki section first. If you do not find any solution, post a new thread in the right Max2Play forum with your issue.

    Go to the forum site and select the right forum. Scroll all the way down until you find the "Create New Topic" section. There, you can describe your issue. Include as much details as possible (device, Max2play version, Max2play Image, peripheries etc.) and the steps you have taken so far, since it will help us tremendously in solving the problem.

    Usually, the processing and reviewing takes around 7 work days, after the goods are received by us.

    Usually, your payment is refunded right after we have received and reviewed the item. The duration of the credit entry is set by the method of payment you have chosen while purchasing.

    The registration can be found in the shop at "My Account" - "Create an Account" or directly at "Creat an Account" on top of the page. Fill in your name, aswell as your email adress. Important: the email adress, you use to sign up, is binding with your Max2Play-premium license! Choose your password wisely. Finally, press the "Create an Account" button. You will now be directed to the "My Account" page, where you can edit further informations, such as standard shipping adress or payment methods.

    Every customer, who made a purchase at Max2Play-Shop, will automatically be subscribed to the newsletter. There is also an option to sign up manually here: https://www.max2play.com/en/news/ right on the bottom of the website. Fill in your email adress and your name and you will receive an email to confirm your subscription.

    To unsubscribe from the newsletter, just go to the tab on the bottom of the newsletter. Click on it, you will instantly be unsubscribed and will not receive anymore information about the campaigns from Max2Play.
