    Hello sirsmu,

It is possible to build this plugin for your own and for the community. Use for this the plugin Pluginbuilder ( >>here<< ) with Max2Play. So you can build a mini installer to install this.

    Hello tom74,

The cubox is not a supported device. You can try to adjust the install script from our github ( >> here << ). But I recommend the debian wheezy version for this Cubox.

    Hello Spaetzle,

please try this. Go to the HiFiBerry menu. I think there is, at this time, the Hifiberry Digi/Digi+ the chosen sound card? Change it into none and save this configuration. After this, change it again into Hifiberry Digi/Digi+.

We have test it and this solves the problem for the moment. We are working on this.

    Hello Jumalolento,

    Thanks for your request.

It is not possible to use a soundcard with a 2.8″ touch display.
It is possible to use more than one soundcard. It is also possible to use a usb dac and a 2.8″ touch display.

Or you take the >>> original Raspberry Pi 7″ touch display from our shop <<<. This touch screen is not connected with the gpio pins as you can see >>here<<. (it is a possible setup with the Raspberry Pi, the touch screen and a HifiBerry sound card)

    Hallo boobyone,

    Dear bobbyone,

    Thanks for your request.

We do not have a display of this type and therefore we can not give technical support for this. Maybe someone from the community can help you or you share your experiences with the display. Thus, the entire community benefits from it.

Max2Play is designed for FritzBox router. A FritzBox already has the functionality of the integrated timer. The Max2Play device only search for already known router if the wifi is disconnected. The consumption of electricity is extremely low.

    Hallo Hoelgi,

    Danke für deine Anfrage.

Welche Version läuft auf dem Raspberry Pi Zero?
Hast du bereits das Dateisystem expandiert?
    Welche Änderungen wurden noch vorgenommen?

Question: I have a problem with the Squeezebox player on a Raspberry Pi Zero: After switching on everything seems to be booted normally. The Squeeze Ctrl app finds the player, but it can not play anything. The status briefly changes from Stop to Play and then again to Stop. There is no sound. After a reboot it runs normally.

On a Raspberry pi 2 runs the same configuration without problems
    ———————————-
    Answer:
Which version is running on the Raspberry Pi Zero?
Have you already expanded the file system?
    What changes have been made?

    Hello hermano,

    Thanks for your request.

Did you choose already a player in the squeezebox menu?

    10. Oktober 2016 at 12:44 #23336

    Hello phamd4,

Normally you only take the Touchscreen Image and then you can use it without any configurations. Only if you start Jivelite for the first time you have to choose the „joggler skin“ (not in the Max2Play browserinterface, but in Jivelite). I test it and it works fine with Max2Play version 2.35 (2.36 & 2.37) and an official Raspberry Pi 7″ touch display.

    Hello bombadil79,

please update your Max2Play device to version 2.37.

I have test it for you and cannot get the same issue. Maybe the cable is broken or something went wrong with your active speaker? Could you test it with other speaker?

    @std

    Entschuldige die späte Antwort.

    Sorry for the late reply.

You can either access the Max2Play browser interface with the connected device or if you connect a LAN cable to the Max2Play device with your PC to disable or control the access point.

The WLAN settings are saved in a separate menu. If you deactivate the access point your device connects again as usual with your router.

    Hello Landry,

    Sorry for the late response.

Under the Raspberry menu you can change the soundoutput into – „default (hdmi if connected)“; „hdmi“ and „jack“. If you choose „default“ and install the plugin for your sound card (hifiberry or iqaudio) then it should work.

    Hello phamd4,

It is only in german available. But if the project is reade, we will add an english version.

    Hello phamd4,

If you have logged in with Facebook, this can occures this issue. The triode spotify addon is a 3rd party plugin and is not officially supported from spotify.

I had the same problem. I contact spotify via facebook. They change my account into a normal user account without facebook connection. They transferred my playlists, too. And they were very fast. I contact them about the spotify facebook support. Since that I can login without any problems and I didn’t need a device id.

    Hello bombadil79,

    Which image do you use?

Which max2play version do you use?

Did you choose your soundcard in the hifiberry menu? And reboot max2play after it?

    Hello ArnieG,

    Thanks for your request.

The IR-Support is already given in Squeezelite. Here you have to set -i LIRC-Configfile in the commandline options and set a cross into ‚update squeezelite‘. This you can find in the advanced settings of squeezelite in the audioplayer menu.

Then it is possible to control the server over jivelite.
