    Hi eriche

You can play music on different players by simply open new tab on the browser then select the player from the LMS web-interface, you can open many tabs and select many players, but make sure that squeezelite service is running first, so you can see the player on the LMS.

    Dear Martin

Please note that we do not provide technical support for Allo Sparky at moment, therefore we do not guarantee the behaviour of Max2Play on it.

    Hello hnaylor,
I am a little bit confused, you have posted that you done the update successfully

    Hi Mohammad,
Thanks for replying. Yes, I tried to update through Settings / Reboot — I don’t know any other way to do it!
My Internet connection is good — I was playing Internet Radio before and after the “did not succeed” message.
However, now I think maybe it did succeed, because the version at top right is “Version 2.42” whereas the version I had installed was 2.41.
    regards,
    Hilary

Please note that the latest version of Max2Play is 2.42.

    Best Regards,
    Mohammad Mbydeen

    Hi Bob,

We recommend you to place all the system files into the SD card, since splitting the files to different locations could cause inconsistency in the system.

    Hi Lanny501

Please make sure that you installed the custom kernel after you installed the Allo plugin, since the Subwoofer on Allo Piano needs a custom kernel to work properly.

    Hi Michael

Unfortunately, we could not simulate your setup in our lab, the technical problem is more related to NFS server not to Max2Play, but we can provide you some links that could help you to configure the network boot:

    Hi anesthesia

We have simulated your technical problem in our lab, and everything worked well. Please try to burn new image, install the other plugins that you need then make sure when you enable the SD card protection plugin to reboot the system, we recommend you to make all the configuration to your system before installing the SD card protection plugin.

    Hi kalexm

You can enable repositories for further addons in settings menu of Kodi / XBMC: System > Addons. After downloading the Addon-Repository Zip-File, you can find it with Kodi/XBMC (choose add from zipfile) in folder /opt/max2play/cache (choose root-folder and navigate there) and enable the Addons-Repository. After this, you will see the new addons available in the addons-list.

Then you can add the Kodi 15 PVR-Addons Repository.

    Best Regards,
    Mohammad Mbydeen

    Hi hnaylor

Have you tried to update Max2Play through Settings / Reboot, it seems that you have problem with the internet connection, please check the following from the debug info:

Resolving shop.max2play.com (shop.max2play.com)… failed: Name or service not known.
wget: unable to resolve host address ‘shop.max2play.com’

Please try to check the RPI internet connection then update Max2Play by clicking the button for update on Settings / Reboot page.

    Hi castalla

Normally everything you need is available on the web-interface, but you can use the super user on Bash, which is „su“ and the password is „max2play“, then you can have the access to the root.

    Hi mtk

If you configured the access point and the Shairport on the same device , there is no problem. access-point plugin and Shairport could work simultaneously, and if you setup the access-point plugin on one device and the shairport device on another one, make sure to check the „Standalone“ checkbox on the access-point.

And as I mentioned in the comments sections on our webpage, we could have the WLAN bridged mode feature in the future.

    Mohammad Mbydeen

    Hi flyboytyler

There is no such firewall or filters that could block some ports when you are using the access point plugin, but maybe you could have a look at the following link:
