    Update: Stecke ich die MicroSD an den Mac, erscheint ein Volume namens Boot, aber da sehe ich keine Dateien, mit denen ich was anfangen kann – also etwa auch kein Squeezebox/LMS-Verzeichnis.

    Ich hab jetzt alternativ mal das OpenHab-Plugin installiert, mit dem offiziellen Max2Play-Plugin. Hoffe, dass das mit Livisi gut geht. Einfach ist das allerdings nicht …

    Ich habe die neue Buster-Version installiert, dennoch wird auf iPhone und iPad kein Airplay-Gerät angezeigt (wohl aber auf dem Mac). Habe den Bugfix für Stretch installiert, dann auf Beta gewechselt. Ohne Erfolg. Jetzt habe ich „sudo apt-get upgrade libcrypt-openssl-rsa-perl“ im Terminal gestartet. Mittlerweile scheint es wieder zu gehen. Lag das jetzt wirklich am Terminalbefehl?

    Hallo, jetzt funktioniert Napster schon wieder nicht mehr.
    M. Herbe hat im Forum einen Tipp zur Änderung der Einstellungen für Napster/Rhapsody gegeben. Ich habe jetzt erfolgreich die RemoteShell in Max2Play installiert, mit dem neuen Maxplay-Image passt auch das Passwort für den SSH-Zugriff. Allerdings ist mir ein Rätsel, wo ich das RhapsodyDirect-Verzeichnis finde. Hat da jemand einen Tipp?

    Please find your installation’s RhapsodyDirect folder. Hints
    about where it might be stored gives Settings/Information: it’s below
    the Slim/Plugin folder.

    Now open the Slim/Plugin/RhapsodyDirect/ProtocolHandler.pm file in a
    text editor (vi, nano, pico – whatever you can handle). Jump to around
    line 187 and put a # in front of the return. See

    Then restart LMS and try Napster again.

    I mean the old system before stretch. I think there is no way to directly migrate to the new stretch-image.

    Besides: The reason why I want to use the shell is that Napster does no longer work on my devices, regardless of the LMS-version (https://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?113593-LMS-8-1-1-and-Max2Play-Napster-Problem/page2)

    Can I save settings from the older installation so that I do not have to reconfigure everything in the stretch image? I currently use Version Beta-210428 on Raspberry PI 3 (original Max2play-tree, not stretch)

    Ich komme mit pi und max2play auch nicht weiter, „login incorrect“ steht dort immer.

    Now I even switched to the beta version of Max2Play and choose LMS 8.2 from the list – still it always installs 7.9.4.     For me it stopped working with iOS 14.5 (beta 3). Maybe iOS 14.5 only supports Airplay 2.

    Funny thing is it already did work some weeks ago, but I went back because shairtunes did not work (but now realize this is a problem of iOS 14.5 (beta?)

    Wäre ja cool, wenn so was einfacher zu installieren wäre. Als Journalist kann ich den Adtracker zwar nicht unterstützen (zumindest solange Pay-Sites sich im Internet nicht durchsetzen), aber ich würde gerne tracken, wann und wohin Geräte Daten übertragen.

    For burning i used the windows software in your guide. But after burning Windows gave me a message that there was a 3 gb partition i needed to format. Maybe that was the problem and i destroyed some data by formating the 3 gb-partition? Also the main partition only was about 40 GB big.

    I burned the image to a 64 gb microsd card, however it did not boot. Does it not work on 64 gb cards? After burning i got a request to format another partition (only about 3 gb). Strangely the main partition was only about 40 gb.

    In fact I think the Napster plugin only works with squeezebox radio and touch. Alternative: If you have iOS devices or HTC phones you can use Napster app on your phone and play the music via airplay on any audio device in lms. Downside: This way only one user can use Napster at one time whereas every squeezebox on lms can play different music via one Napster account on lms.

    Hi, verstehe deine Frage leider nicht: Man muss auf dem Raspberry via max2play die neuste Version vom lms nightly installieren und unter raspberry settings apt update starten. Das Plug-in muss im lms natürlich aktiviert sein. Auf der Squeezebox nutzt man dann die Napster-anwendung. Auf älteren Squeezeboxen wie Boom oder Receiver/Duet ging das auch früher nicht, erst ab Radio oder Touch.

    Ich habe erst unter den raspberry-Settings apt getupdate ausgeführt, dann auf nightly aktualisiert. Jetzt geht Napster auf allen Squeezebox Radios wieder. Insofern muss bei dir irgendetwas anders sein.

    The latest Nightly-Update of LMS 9.1 fixes the problem (by switching all connections to https), also you need to update all perl libraries (apt-get update etc.) via the setting in max2play for raspberry pi settings.

    I also use napster. Seems that Napster only works on „newer“ Logitech-Hardware like SB Touch, SB Radio.
