    Hi – SOLVED today

    Symptom: digi+ liefert kein signal; obwohl opt ausgang beim bboten kurz rot leuchtet.

    Habe mich heute erneut mit dem 7zoll display hifiberry digi + gespielt. nochmal alle tips in diesem thread durchgespielt – kein erfolg. abschliessend: unter RaspberryEinstellungen ein ‚Upgrade zum letzten Kernel (deaktiviert Wolfson Soundkarten!)‘ durchgeführt
    Seither spielt er wieder!!

    Danke für Deinen Tipp; aber leider ..
    Int Audio deakt
    Int BlueTooth deakt
    IP6 deakt
    immer noch keine wiedergabe über opt Ausgang
    habe verkabelung nachgeprüft und alles nochmal auseinander und wieder zusammengebaut –
    immer noch still

    hi
    bin am verzeifeln
    selbes problem. hifi digi pro + 7zoll display
    optischer ausgang leuchtet kurz auf … dann nie wieder
    kein ton
    gerät wird als ‚player‘ erkannt – lässt sich auch ‚bespielen‘; bleibt aber stumm

    ich habe den abend mit … lass uns ganz von vorne anfangen verbracht und nun mittlerweile die dritte runde gedreht.
    kein plan aktuell
    hat wer nen tipp?

    Hi Heiner!
    happy new year! …. but i still have troubles with the smart remote:
    Pi Zero + Justboom Zero Amp + USB2go + Justboom Dongle + Justboom Smart Remote
    max2play V47 – fresh install

    whenever i connect the dongle to the Raspberry Zero following happens
    – system seems to be heavily working (loosing connection to control surface)
    – comes back after some minutes, but none of the buttons is working

    – if i ‚restart‘ the pi via deconnect / connect power source
    the pi isnt booting anymore -> new install is needed

    repeatable

    any hints?

    the are coming in a lovely alu case with an ‚intelligent‘ power button – very clever
    with grateful help of dhrone https://github.com/dhrone/Raspdac-Display and some time i was able to make this Button-thingy working in max2play.

    if one of the admins could contact me i am willed to send my documentation (.pdf) – maybe some others can make use of it

    Hallo flysurfer!

    vorne weg: tolle sache – weiter so bei max2play
    die Beeren vermehren sich sprunghaft in meinen Räumen
    es lebe Multiroom – und mittlerweile funktioniert das schon sehr gut

    nur mit Eurem Bluetooth Plugin komme ich gar nicht zurecht
    welchen bluetooth Lautsprecher ich auch ausprobiere …
    ich schaffe eine grünes ‚KEF MUO‘ bei known devices
    aber der Lautsprecher connected nicht ..die KEF MUO blinkt weiter munter bis sie irgendwann abschaltet

    spiele mich jetzt schon 2 Tage …. und komme nicht dahinter
    habe
    – Pi3
    – KEF MUO (aber auch 2 andere BT LS probiert)
    – neu aufgesetzt
    – von vorne angefangen

    was mache ich falsch?

    beste grüße aus der grünen Österreich 😉

    u are right
    use ‚Digital‘ according to what the command “amixer” in SSH session delivers back

    Audiophonics RaspDAC with I-Sabre V3 DAC ES9023 TCXO
    “amixer” in SSH session delivers ‚Master‘
    therefore i would use
    -o hw:0 -V Master

    Thanks for the max volume 96% link – will do so
    more thanks for your help with the power button Audiophonics Network Player
    I finally was successfull
    if there is a chance i could sent u the updated ‚how to‘

    Habe mich jetzt 2 Tage mit der Anleitung und dem Audiophonics RaspDac gespielt.
    Leider nicht von Erfolg gekrönt.

    Wie kann ich mit Dhrone kontakt aufnehmen?

    In seiner Anleitung für max2play fehlen

    1. bei ’step two‘
    der Hinweis dass du Dich via ssh ’nochmal‘ anmelden musst um Root Rechte zu haben
    (mittels ’su‘ und passwort ‚max2play‘)
    sonst gelingt das setzen der Rechte nicht

    2. bei ’step four‘ Add the necessary packages to support the RaspDac-Display program
    sudo apt-get install python-setuptools
    sudo pip install moment
    sudo pip install pylms
    sudo pip install python-mpd2
    die sudo pip commandos liefern einen fehler.

    final
    B. Files for the power management function (RaspDac version V3 only)
    sudo cp sds.service /etc/systemd/system/
    sudo cp sdsmax.sh /usr/local/bin/
    chmod +x /usr/local/bin/sdsmax.sh
    systemctl enable sds.service

    Step eight. Reboot (and enjoy) !!!

    leider blinkt der powerbutton auch nach reboot munter weiter

    Ich sitze im selben Boot 🙂
    RaspDAC Raspberry 3 mit DAC I-Sabre ES9023 Version 3 – die Version ohne Display …. aber mit demselben PowerButton.
    Hast Du schon eine Lösung gefunden für den blinkenden Button für max2play?
