I made a copy from the SD to the SSD with a program called „Roadkil`s DiskImage Version 1.6“.
For 32Gb SD the program ran 45minutes.
Afterwards i copied the ISO with DiskImager to a blank SD (240 GB).
Then I did a first boot with raspi 3B+. Everthing worked fine.
Afterwards I did a shutdown (sudo shutdown -h now)
I put the SSD on my Laptop via USB an formated the unused space with partionwizzard (free Version) to EXT4 with name „Daten“
then:
sudo mkdir/mnt/daten for the new space
check also sudo nano /etc/fstab -> I used for the mounting the max2play html gui in tab „file System mount“my Settings:

Also ich hatte die GPIO Pins abgezogen. Die Stromversorgung des Display hängt aktuell an den beiden PINs: 4 und 6 des AMP2 mit 5 Volt. Nachdem ich diese abgezogen hatte und das Display mit einem extra Netzteil betrieben habe, lief alles flüssig. Warum die Stromversorgung mit dem 60W Netzteil des AMP2 und über die PINs nicht funktioniert, ist mir schleierhaft.
Ich werde mal das Versuchen (Netzteil) da ist ein USB separat, den kann ich für das Display nutzen.
So als erste Idee.

Von Dongle (empfohlener Edimax) bin ich erstmal geheilt. Stick mit Antenne ist bei weitem stabiler.
Ich habe immer noch keine weiteren Erkenntnisse, was das Problem sein könnte.
Folgende Fragen:
Laut Log ist diese Version installiert
