    Thanks. I had the same problem today. After uninstalling the protect-plugin I had to create the directory /var/log/apache2 (grp = www-data) and then restart apache „sudo service apache2 start“.

    Afterwards the Web-Gui was back.

    Ich habe es nun selber herausgefunden. Folgende Page hat mir geholfen: https://thedigitalmachine.net/alsaequal.html

    Konkret: `
    slave.pcm — sound card to output to, will probably have to be a plug since alsaequal only supports floating point numbers, a „plug“ will convert the data type, outputting directly to hw won’t;`

    Wenn mal also equal weiterrouten möchte (slave), dann muss man in diesem Falle ein „Plug“ verwenden. Meine funktionierende /etc/asound.conf sieht nun so aus. Wobei „plugequal_mono“ die Mono-Ausgabe inkl. Equalizer und „plugequal_stereo“ die Stereo-Ausgabe inkl. Equalizer ist:

    Daumen hoch für dieses Feature.

    Ich möchte gerne meine 10 Sonos Play:1 Boxen durch eine Hifiberry Amp2 Lösung mit Max2Play ablösen. Funktionier bis jetzt alles, ausser das Mono-Feature. Die direkte Konfiguration über Max2Play wäre wirklich super!

    Ich habe das selbe Problem. Der Equilizer funktioniert für AMP2 nicht. Ich lese hier https://www.max2play.com/en/wiki/audioplayer-squeezelites-shairport, dass der Equilizer sowieso nicht zusammen geht. Nun meine „doofe“ Frage: Gibt es einen Equilizer für den AMP2? => Würde meinen Boxen gerne etwas mehr Bass mitgeben…

    Hi

    I had the same issue today when installing Max2Play using the Max2Play Image. It’s a Raspberry Pi 3B+ with an Amp2.
    I couldn’t find any solution. I reinstalled the Image several times on different SDs. No luck.
    But the solution of BarryW was working for me too. Thanks!!
