Technical Support: Wiki as new knowledgebase available

The Max2Play-Team is happy to announce, that our website now has its own wiki, which is intended to supplement our forums as a knowledgebase for the technical support. The new wiki allows us to document any instructions, guidelines and specifications better than before, while the users of Max2Play are going to be able to find their desired information faster. Thereby we hope to ensure a high quality of our technical support.

Our technical support is handled entirely through both our Max2Play forums and wiki to benefit the whole community when technical questions and problems are solved. The user accounts for Max2Play.com and the Max2Play Shop are separated due to technical reasons. It is possible, of course, to use the same email address for registration on both websites.

You can find the wiki in the main menu in the top right corner under ‚Help‘.

What does that mean for you?

  1. If you have questions about Max2Play or if you encounter a bug during the usage of Max2Play, then please visit our wiki first. Perhaps you can already find the solution to your problem there.
  2. If you cannot find the answer to your question in our wiki, please visit our forums next.
  3. In our forums, you can either start a new discussion or you can enter an existing forum discussion related to your issue. We will then address it as soon as possible.
