Thanks, I tried this a few days ago. It will not enable the use case. It is a player control. I am searching for a way to see the max2play and hifiberry hardware in the multiroom alexa setup to control it by alexa. Max2play would just be a speaker in this setup.
Hi, I want to able listen to the TV outputin multiple rooms, too. I think the way to go is to use the RCA (audio chinch) output of the TV. But how to get into to RPI ? In the perfect world I would use input and output (amp in my case) of one RPI at the same time.
Has anyone experience with this setup ? Hardware recommendations?
