I’ve tried to re-boot I can access the unit through my home network, When I try to re-boot from the max2play menu, it tells me I am successfully re-booting, but the unit itself does not re-boot. Instead I have to remove power from the unit, and it re-boots again from that moment.

When I re-boot, the process sticks at the player log-in.

Although I can access the unit from my home network, both wirelessly, and using an ethernet cable, jivelite is not started, and it will not start. Also, the unit will not recognize my wireless netowrk, even when I manually input the network name and password.

I tried updating max2play, and it had no effect.

    Here is the de-bug information:

    Hi jliggio,

Please try activating the automatic access point mode in our WiFi/LAN menu, click reboot and remove the ethernet cable from your device. Afterwards (ca. 40 seconds later) a new WiFi network by the name of max2play should appear. Please follow these steps to connect to your wifi network.
