Dear all,
first of all I would like to say thanks to Christoph, Max2Play is perfect combination for audio and video home center.
I started it use like Squeezebox Server only (like a Sonos) long time ago. A few months back I bought new Pi3 and HiFiBerry Digi+.
Squeezebox Server works perfect with this card over S/PDIF, bud I have a problem with S/PDIF output in Kodi.
I cant get out any sound to my amp.I would like to ask you, if it is only my problem, or what can I do for solve this problem?
Thank you so much for any info what I can get.
Regards,
Vanda

Please check which audio output is selected in Kodi and which ones are available. You can find the output options under System -> Settings -> System -> Audio Output -> Audio Output Device14. Dezember 2016 at 17:07 #24894Hi Vanda,
Yep, the fix is the same as with IQaudIO cards: You need to deactivate the built-in audio of the Pi in the Raspberry Settings: https://www.max2play.com/en/wiki/sound-card-output-with-kodi/
This way, the Digi+ output is bumped up into the Kodi selection under the aforementioned settings page of Kodi. -
