I found those instructions too, and I started with the beta image download. HifiBerry DAC+ HD (B+ / PI 2/3/4) does not exist in the plugin dropdown.

I don’t understand what I am doing wrong. Version is 2.52, the “ Force update to the latest beta version of Max2Play (development).“ doesn’t exist I assume because I started with the beta version.
