When updating from an older kernel to a new one and when updating packages, many problems can arise due to changed config files, incompatible versions etc. Since we offer a lot of options with Max2Play, we have to test them all, if we want to support a new kernel. There is a reason why you cannot easily upgrade from jessy to stretch or buster. There are simply too many dependencies. The problem is not the kernel itself, but the update. Nevertheless, we will examine the current kernel and look for a solution, but this may take some time.
