We currently only offer the small OLED by Audiophonics as a small display with sound card option which has a On/Off-Button: https://shop.max2play.com/en/audiophonics-oled-raspberry-pi-display-bundle.html
You could also connect additional periphery on that.

With the 7″, you have the advantage of a free GPIO HAT slot for any sound card, allowing you to use IQaudIO or JustBoom which both offer rotary encoder and IR remote support:
