So everything looks good with info you sent. Do you have another wireless device to check for the accesspoint with? say a laptop?
It should be working.

ALSO:
command:
iwconfig

look for „Mode:Master“ in wlan0

mon.wlan0  IEEE 802.11bgn  Mode:Monitor  Tx-Power=20 dBm
          Retry short limit:7   RTS thr:off   Fragment thr:off
          Power Management:off
