How can I use the head-phone on raspberry pi’s 3.5mm jack in parallel with the Audiophonic sound card?

I use squeezelite with sound-card: sysdefault:CARD=sndrpihifiberry however there is no sound on pi’s 3.5mm jack.

Can I switch between the stereo jack on the sound-card and the raspberry pi’s 3.5mm jack – or use it in parallel?

Is it possible to use the Audiophoic sound-card for raspberry pi’s 3.5mm jack? In the pi’s setting I use Audiophonics as device for the raspberry. But as said before there is no sound on raspberry pi’s 3.5mm jack.

    Best regards,
    Paul

    Hi Poul

    Install the multisqueeze plugin

    Do the following settings:

    Audioplayer tab
    turn off Squeezelite
    turn off Shairport
(remove the autostart mark and hit save)

    Multisqueeze tab

    Set the Instance as follow:

Instance 0 : (Edit advanced options) sound card: default bcm2835 ALSA……..card = ALSA (your 3,5mmm jack)
Instance 1 : (Edit advanced options) sound card: plughw – snd_rpi_hifiberry

Set Audio Output on Raspberry PI: Force Headphone Jack

Your audio jack out is called Max2Play_0 in squeezeligt
Your audiophonics card is called Max2Play in squeezeligt

    Reboot

    that’s it
