    Hello,

    I created a share to connected USB drive and set a password for „root“ in WEB gui. Everything seems to be OK, but accessing the share from Windows is not possible. I see MAX2PLAY in file explorer, when i try to connect with max2play\root and password always „wrong user or password“ is shown. Any ideas?

    Hi Thomas,

    If you used SambaShare, please try changing your password to a simple with no special characters, save and reboot. Then see if you still can’t access it.
