I have the software installed on a RPI3B+ and I am trying to use an external DAC. I have followed the instructions and I can see my DAC in the settings but the streaming server will not start and the link that is supposed to „show more details“ does not work. The DAC I am trying to use is FXAudio DAC6. It has numerous choices displayed in the settings but they revert back to headphone out when I try to start the server.
I have the same hardware working with Volumio. I would prefer to use Max2Play but if I can’t make this work I will just write off the license expense as a dead end.
