Hello,

I have bought the Justboom Amp Hat and Raspberry PI 3 Bundle. I always receive undervoltage messages. All 3 weeks the raspberry freezes because of that. Is it possible to connect one PSU on the Amp HAT and also one on the Raspberry Pi itself? Or should I buy a better PSU like that one: https://www.amazon.de/Netzteil-Netzadapter-Transformator-Kaltger%C3%A4testecker-Lichterkette/dp/B07WMRXRNR/?

Hi Bernhard,

As far as I know, the separate power supply of Pi and Justboom Amp is not possible. Your problem sounds very much like the power supply is defective. I would therefore recommend that you test another suitable power supply, (like this one: https://shop.max2play.com/en/amp-powersupply-new.html) with your system.
