Hi together,
I have M2P on a PI3, with AMP2.
Now I would like to add further speakers.
Is it possible to add a second AMP2 card on the 1st one?
If yes, is it just plug it on top or do I need further steps?
And will it get power-supply from 1st card?
KR
Hi 23c5287b57,
No, unfortunately you can’t just plug two sound cards on top of each other. For the second card you need a separate Raspberry Pi and power supply.
Hi MarioM,
thx for response.
So one further question.
If I buy now another PI with M2P and AMp2, so another bundle, do I need to buy in the future 2 M2P licenses or is one enough?
And I can syncronize them to act as one pi, right?
KR
Hi KR,
You can activate your Max2Play license on as many Pis as you like. You would of course support us additionally if you buy another license, but as said before you don’t need the extra license. You can then sync your Pis via the Squeezebox server and play the same music on both at the same time.
