    I have setup multiple Rps without issue.
    I like to use them as a standalone system.
    Once I have them setup I want to control with my phone or tablet.
    My newest install is driving me crazy. I use an ethernet cable during setup.
    SB works fine and the squeezlite player functions just fine.
    After removing the ethernet cable and using Standalone Access point everything works except that no player is found. The AudioPlayer page says it running but I can’t play any music.
    I’ve installed this 3 or 4 times now and the results are predictable. No player found without and ethernet cable.

    I have two other systems working just fine. I’ve compared settings. I’ve configured options in different orders. I can’t get squeezelite to be recognized without an ethernet cable attached.

    After install:
    Upgrade M2P to 7.50
    Install LMS – 7.91 (not nightly)
    Test setup (play music via headphone jack)
    Configure AccessPoint setup
    Reboot and disconnect ethernet
    Succesfully connect to AP.
    Launch various interfaces from phone.
    No player found. AudioPlayer page claims it’s running. stop it and start it. Player still a no show in all apps.

    What am I doing wrong this time.

    Hi teeitup,

    Which image download did you use for the setup? I will try to recreate the issue here.
