Max2Play Home › Forums › Max2Play on Raspberry PI › Pi3 Jivelite won't start
I have a Pi3 connected with HDMI to an HDTV.
Managed to register Max2play only when Wifi is connected (it doesn’t see internet on a LAN cable, strange)
Expanded the file system etc, managed to install VNC server.
The important part JiveLite won’t run. Tried upgrading to the beta version of Max2play, Jivelite still won’t run.
I’m stuck…
I needed to select fixed IP in WIFI/LAN to see internet over LAN.
If I now try to start Jivelite with the start button I get an error:
Trying to launch ... NOT successful Click here to show detailed information
sudo: unable to resolve host max2play

Hi repiuk,
This might be an issue with the recognition of your screen. Please try connecting the screen before booting and check if the boot sequence is displayed. This should establish the screen so that Jivelite and Kodi can recognize it.
