    I am trying to use max2play with my SQB duet and a PI with a HifiBerry. It worked a year ago without any problems but after updating no more.
    oIn the audioplayer I seke mehelpcted the sysdefault audiocard, it gave after a reboot the 96% volumesetting but in the hifiberry tab stayed 0%.
    Maybe somebody recognizes this problem and can help?

    One of the main reasons for this time out is normally that your router is under attack from hackers outside your local network:

    Have you turned on the firewall on your router?
    If you have port forwarded nr. 9000 and/9090 turn it off (delete)
    Are you running any plugins in Logitech Media Server that needs access to the internet ( like Spotify)
    – if yes turn them off one by one and reboot rms and check afterwards in lms log if the issues sill exist (after every plug in you turn off)

    Hi Bob,

    The line usually means that your players aren’t up in the network yet while the server is already scanning. It just means your player is not found.

    However, you say your sound card is at 0%. That means it’s not successfully recognized by the system. Check the HiFiBerry plugin again, select „none“, reboot, reselect your sound card and reboot.
