Hallo Zusammen,
nachdem ich M2P vor etwas mehr als 1 Jahr genervt beiseite gelegt habe, wurde ich jetzt durch das Lizenz-Angebot getriggert mich damit mal wieder zu befassen.
Nach 2 Stunden herumprobieren um meine Lizenz zu aktivieren, habe ich diese Entscheidung aber bereits wieder bereut.
Mit Raspberry PI 3B+ am LAN neues M2P-Image (2.49) installiert. Dann upgrade auf die Version 2.52.
WLAN eingerichtet > Reboot und Trennung vom LAN.
Versuche die Lizenz zu aktivieren – ohne Erfolg.
Im grünen Status Checker steht: Internet: Verbunden.
Auf der Startseite aber steht „No internet connection available!“.

Dann Suche im Netz aber hier leider keine konkreten Hinweise gefunden.
Vielen Dank für nützliche Hinweise.

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe das gleiche Problem. Lizenz gekauft aber wird nicht erkannt.
Auf der Startseite steht ebenfalls das keine Internetverbindung besteht. Aber die Infobox an der Seite sagt das eine Verbindung besteht und Updates funktionieren auch.
Habe die gleiche Mail Adresse eingegeben die ich zum Kauf benutzt habe. Löschen und neu eingeben hat auch nicht funktioniert.

Hallo Max2Play „Freunde“,

ich habe seit gestern ebenfalls dieses Problem und nun gehen auch noch die Aktivierungen von älteren Raspberrys verloren,
die alle letzte Woche noch funktioniert haben!
Ich hoffe es kommt nun nicht wieder die Standard Antwort von Heiner, die Internetverbindung nochmals zu checken, etc. … ;o(
Das habe ich natürlich mehrmals gemacht, stundenlang alles mögliche ausprobiert und ne Menge Lebenszeit verplempert damit! ;o(
Folgendes Problem im Detail:
Frisches Image vom letzten Max2Play Setup auf SD Card, in Raspberry Zero W + Hifiberry DAC+ rein, per WPS ans WLAN angekoppelt.
Funktioniert soweit auf Anhieb, Start Screen mit Auswahl der Soundkarte kommt und ab da gehen die Probleme los!
Klicke ich auf den Button „Hifiberry“ versucht das Programm irgendetwas zu ändern/schreiben (Sanduhr) aber es geht nicht weiter wie sonst.
Das kann man endlos wiederholen wenn man die Webseite aktualisiert.
Überspringe ich nun das Soundkarten Setup, komme ich ins Dashboard.
Nun zeigt mir das Dashboard unter „Start“, das ein Max2Play Update verfügbar ist.
Dann wechsle ich zu „Einstellunge/Reboot“ und da sagt der Status Checker unter anderem auch „Internet: Verbunden!“
Nun starte ich das Max2Play Update und siehe da, es funktioniert auch, da im Status Feld unter anderem steht „Update erfolgreich!“.
Also gleich nochmal Aktivierungscode checken aber geht leider trotzdem nicht.
Also dann mal Aktivierungscode (Mailadresse) austragen, aktualisieren und speichern …
Nun wieder meine Mailadresse als Aktivierungscode eintragen und wieder prüfen, geht nicht, wie nervig alles … ;o(
Nun gehe ich wieder auf „Start“ und nun steht da, was viele User seit Tagen da sehen, „No internet connection available!“ …
Das ist nun ebenfalls auch so bei all meinen vorhandenen bisher funktionierenden Raspberrys, selbst mit LAN Anbindung!
Die sind nun mittlerweile alle nicht mehr aktiviert seit gestern und lassen sich nun auch nicht mehr aktivieren,
obwohl ich rein GARNICHTS an der Konfiguration geändert habe, als nur 1 x den Aktualisierung Button bei Aktivierungscode gedrückt. ;o(
Für mich deutet dies also definitiv auf ein Problem mit dem Aktualisierung Server hin!
Übrigens zeigt mir meine Fritzbox zudem auch an, das all diese Geräte mit „No internet connection available!“ aktuell online sind!

Liebe Max2Play Entwickler, wenn 10 € im Jahr einfach zu wenig sind um solch einen Aktivierungsprozess auf Dauer zuverlässig am Leben zu halten,
dann bitte hebt doch den Preis entsprechend an, ich werde das Jahresabo dann trotzdem noch machen. ;o)
Es nützt doch niemanden etwas, wenn man stunden und nächtelang Zeit verplempert und am Ende liegt es am System,
was wahrscheinlich zu instabil ist oder nicht zuverlässig genug funktioniert!
Kann man überhaupt pro Gerät eine feste Lizenz kaufen, damit man nicht mehr online „abhängig“ davon ist?

gleiches hier. Und jetzt habe ich gerade ein neues Image erstellt, um meinen Raspberry auf Mono umzustellen :-(. Ist vermutlich eine Server down. Und das an einem langen Wochenende – Murphy lasst grüßen.

Liebe Freunde,

gemeinsam weniger einsam, ich habe seit ungefähr Samstag exakt die gleichen Probleme. Ich wollte mit dem DNLA Neues ausprobieren, und kann kein neuen Pakete installieren und habe die selbe No Connection message auf der Startseite. Wlan funktioniert aber, Fritz.box zeigt mir, das die Verbindung besteht, Squeezebox mit Verbindung zu Deezer geht ebenfalls problemlos. Und ja, ich habe mehrfach neugestartet.
Nachdem ich hier gelesen habe, andere können ihre Lizenz nicht validieren, habe ich meine mal überprüfen lassen, jetzt bin ich auch nicht mehr validiert 😀 Ich weiß, Zeit ist relativ, aber 5 Jahre in 5 Monaten durchbringen ist auch für Physiker schwer 🙂

Ich schließe mich Peter oben an, ich bin von dem Produkt an sich überzeugt, ich bin auch sofort mit einer weiteren Spende bereit eure Arbeit zu unterstützen.

Hi all, sorry for the double posts. not handy.

I have been using the max2play software with great joy over the past years.

Same story here. and busy with it for the last days.
After fiddling with network folders the system became unresponsive and i decided to burn a new image from scratch.
I forgot i was in this situation before.
Since then i am unable to activate my license on a fresh copy of max2play.
Also the starting page does not respond to download the hifiberry tar file. nothing happens when clicking the button.
the interface is giving me information about „no network available“ or write protected card.
I can write to the card from windows so that’s not the problem either i guess.
the weird thing is that i can not download packages for hifiberry card but downloading the nightly squeezebox server is no problem. Also the information in the health checker box is telling me that internet is connected.
in the debug there is no information on the soundcard. is this normal? or maybe it’s broken.

Maybe i created some sort of short circuit while plugging in and out? i never bothered to buy a casing. oops..
therefore itried volumio. to check if it is a hardware or software problem. With volumio network and hifiberry dac al works. so that is hopefull. Volumio looks nice and seems easy to setup but doesn’t cut it for me in features.

Hope you can help me to enjoy max2play in the future.
unfortunately i dont have a spare raspberry pi lying around to test with. but as a last resort i will but a new one.

Bonjour

Même problème que ci-dessus, je n’arrive pas à activer la licence.
Depuis samedi (30 mai), j’essaye d’installer max2play sur un nouveau raspberry comme je l’ai déjà fait souvent. Mais mon adresse mail ne permet d’activer la licence comme habituellement.

Avec la dernière version (2.52), j’ai également le message „No internet connection available!“ qui s’affiche sur le premier onglet.

J’ai l’impression que le serveur de gestion des licences de max2play est hors service.

Pour info, j’ai essayé à partir d’une version 2.47, 2.49 et bien sûr 2.52 et j’ai toujours le même résultat, pas de licence.

Hallo zusammen,

wir hatten am Wochenende leider ein internes Netzwerkproblem, sodass die Lizenzaktivierung bei bestimmten Max2Play Version nicht mehr möglich war. Ab heute sollte die Aktivierung über den Aktualisieren-Button neben der Lizenzeingabe jedoch wieder funktionieren. Darüberhinaus arbeiten wir aktuell an einem Plugin, welches die betroffenen Versionen updatet, damit ähnliche Fehler in Zukunft nicht mehr passieren.

Wir bitten um Verständnis, falls bei dem ein oder anderen noch Probleme dieser Art auftauchen. Wir versuchen diese schnellstmöglich aus der Welt zu schaffen.

Unfortunately we had an internal network error at the weekend, so license activation was no longer possible with certain Max2Play versions. As of today, the activation via the refresh button next to the license input box should work again. Apart from that, we are currently working on a plugin that updates the affected versions so that similar issues no longer occur in the future.

We ask for your understanding, if such problems still occur to someone. We try to solve them as soon as possible.
