Hello,
I use max2play on a Raspi2. Squeezebox Server works fine. My music files are on 2 USB sticks directly attached to the Raspi.
No I would like to create Samba shares for the USB sticks to add new music directly from my Windows PC. Samba shares were added as described in max2play:
Musik1 /media/usb0 Musik A-N yes 0777
But when I open this share in Windows Explorer I do not see any files or directories.
Any idea what I do wrong?
Thanks for your help.
Martin
Hi Droopy999/Martin,
did you think of Windows requiring backslash instead of slash?
//192.168.68.2/Musik1/media/usb0
versus
\\192.168.68.2\Musik1\media\usb0
Copying the shared folder path syntax from the Max2Play interface might not work.
