Hi guys,

I just wanted to formally let you know that we updated our OS to the newest version 2.45 which also includes various bug fixes we added thanks to your reports! 🙂

Obviously, we tested this a lot already but we can always miss something. So if you have the time test around in the version and stumble across an error, please let us know.

Here’s the Changelog for Max2Play 2.45:

• -> HiFiBerry AMP2 support added including default hardware volume control
• -> Allo DigiOne and MiniBOSS support added
• -> GPU Memory Change fixed for all Pi’s
• -> 7“ Touchscreen Error with Bluetooth fixed
• -> Max2Play Squeezelite v1.0.3 update based on v1.8.99 with various bugfixes and improvements
• -> Spotify Connect update with Spotify/Squeezelite automatic Audio-Switch and Mixer Control option added
• -> Added detailed WiFi information in debug section of WiFi/LAN menu

Gerade Update gemacht…also bei mir läuft alles 🙂

Unter den Raspberry Einstellungen gibts ja auch die „Kernel Paket Updates und Upgrades“ …muss man da eigentlich auch irgendwas manuell anstoßen?

Falls ja: Wäre gut, wenn das auch mit dem Update „angestoßen“ wird
Falls nein: Für was ist diese Funktion und wann sollte man da ein Updtae fahren?

Hi Stefan,

Das Feature ist nur für Bastler. Unsere Plugins sind alle mit dem installierten Kernel kompatibel und gewisse Features die einen Wechsel brauchen, schieben diesen dann in ihrer Installation selbst an. Falls man jedoch ein Plugin bauen will oder manuell etwas nachinstallieren will, dass einen anderen Kernel benötigt, wird einem so die Arbeit leicher gemacht 😉

edit. Und es freut mich natürlich zu hören, dass das Update gut funktioniert hat. Danke fürs Feedback 🙂
