Hello,
I’m using a Raspberry Pi 3 with a Hifiberry Amp+. Speakers are connected, connected to wi-fi everything seems to be connected correctly, but no music is playing. I’ve entered my spotify details into the Add-on, Spotify identifies the Pi in connect to a device, but when I press play no music starts, the play icon doesn’t change to a pause icon and I can’t change tracks. It seems to me that I’m missing an add-on or a setting at some point, or something is clashing.
In the Hifiberry add-on page the output device is set to default – snd_rpi_hifiberry_amp,- Defa.
Has anyone encountered this issue before?

Which Spotify plugin are you using? Our own Spotify Connect plugin or the spotty plugin for the Squeezebox Server? Both have been the subject of a lot of discussion already, you might be able to find some hints in the topics:
