Hello,
I am running max2play on a R PI 3 B+ and hifiberry DAC pro. I am using 245 version.
I experienced problems when R PI is many hours working. The hifiberry led DAC switches off and the Airplay device disappears. When I unplug the R Pi and plug it again, everything works. What can be the cause?
What is the best way to switch off the Raspberry? Executing the max2play shutdown procedure and unplugging it? Unplugging it without shutdown?
Thanks for your help.
Best regards,
Mario
Hi Mario,
Do you have any periphery plugged into the Pi? Most likely this is a power issue. Your power supply should be 5V 2.5A if you are using a DAC+ Pro.
The best way to power off your Pi is executing the shutdown command and then removing the power supply.
