I have the Raspberry Pi Zero W and Allo MiniBoss DAC ordered to make THE smallest Media Server possible…ultimately to be run via wifi access point (this is to be used in a cottage in an extremely remote location)

Just curios IF some see an issue in using a Sandisk 128GB for both Boot and Music.

A small portion reversed for Boot and the remainder to be used for an MP3 Library…fully tagged, all accessible from an iPad running iPeng.

This is doable…correct, no surprises when configuring for the first time?

Any input/words-of-wisdom VERY welcome, Fred in Canada

    Hi Fred,

Firstly, you have to go with a high quality, high speed SD card (Class 10 would be minimum). We have not tested this setup, specifically the library on the SD and a such a big one, so we cannot guarantee anything. However, we would be interested to know how it works out if you do try it. But we would recommend using a 8-16 GB with LMS first to see whether you are content with its performance.
