    Hello Max2play team,

thanks for this already awesome product!

I have a wish for the future. Having many users in my home, that do not care about technology but want it to work easily, I want to implement the following.
The main audio source for all PIs a I have is a LMS running on my nas in the basement. This is controlled via smartphone apps and provides all the multiroom features. From time to time I want to stream audio directly to any of the players I have, let’s say in the living room, via bluetooth (this is handy for guests too, that do not have access to our WiFi). The direct streaming method is what my unexperienced users are used from everywhere (car, mobile speakers, etc.). So what I want is a possibility to link my smartphone to a player directly and stream the music to that player without the need to change any configurations and without the need to have multiple output devices. So basically, I want two audio source (LMS, bluetooth) to use the exact same output settings and hardware.
If that is already possible, please let me know how and move this topic to the correct forum.

    Thank you!

    Tim

    Hi Tim,

You should be able to do this by installing the „Stream to Squeezebox Server“ in our Bluetooth plugin. With Squeezebox control apps you can then easily switch between Bluetooth sources and your other sources while always using the players you want.
