My 5 year license, purchased on 2021-11-15, shows as „Not Activated 2023-03-20“. I’ve rebooted & done everything I can think of to get it to reset, without luck. My email address has not changed.
I haven’t used the license for several months (travelling out of town) – that may have something to do with the problem. But, in any case, how do I get my license to show as actiavted?
