    Hello.

    I had been using M2P for about a year with no issues. About a month ago my RP3 would just hang on a black screen on start-up and so I re-wrote the M2P image on the SD. Everything seemed fine on reinstall except for the remote communication fail notice on startup. Additionally, Kodi will freeze and sometimes restart when I try to „allow remote control from applications on other systems“ in the control settings.

    So far I’ve attempted to change the port number in web server. I’ve also switched off all other devices in the house to eliminate potential port conflicts. None of which have worked. Can anyone shed some light on this?

    Dear edmost,

    Please can you explain more about remote communication ?. To solve the Kodi Problem: Update Max2Play to latest Beta and do Kernel upgrade at the bottom of Raspberry Pi Settings Plugin, should upgrade to Kernel 4.9
