    Hi

    Use an App for your Smartphone (search for Kodi on Appstore) to control Kodi – this needs the Webservice in System-Services to be activated!

    What does this actually mean?? How does one do this?

    Sorry – probably been asked many times before but I can’t see a search facility in this forum.

    Hi David,

    You have to activate this option in Kodi itself. Information can be found here (under „Enabling JSON-RPC“): https://kodi.wiki/view/JSON-RPC_API
