    Hi,

    when I try to start Jivelive on my PI I get following error mmessage:

    JiveLite 0.1.0
    20160206 10:33:03.703 INFO jivelite – JiveMain.lua:267 JiveLite version 0.1.0
    20160206 10:33:03.742 ERROR jivelite.ui.draw – jiveL_initSDL:204 SDL_Init(V|T|A): Unable to open a console terminal
    

    what can I do ?

    Hi Klaus,

    Thank you for your post.

    We have also discussed this Jivelite problem by email. According to the attached screenshots, you use the Max2Play Squeezeplug Image which we don’t update anymore. Therefore, there will definitely under-the-hood changes missing on your image. Besides Max2Play, the Linux kernel and packages need to be up to date as well.

    I recommend to use the latest Raspberry Pi Default Image of Max2Play which runs Jivelite just fine, or the equivalents optimized for sound cards and displays.
