I’m trying to configure a new RPI 3B, and I can’t get it to connect to the internet. It’s (obviously) available via ethernet, and anything else on the ethernet has internet access, including a RPI 4 I tried (and yes, same ethernet jack and cable… same, same, same everything).
I’ve tried various resets, reboots, power cycling, etc. No joy. I’m kinda out of ideas. I’d be GRATEFUL for any ideas!!!
Here are some specifics:

That sounds like the network adapter is not working properly. Before booting up the Pi, can you connect a screen via HDMI to check for any network error messages when it boots up? Does it boot correctly into the desktop interface? Does your Pi show up in the router and do you have access to the Max2Play webinterface? If not, please burn a new image on the SD card as the image may be broken. If that doesn’t help either, please try a new SD card.
