    Hello

    I have installed squeeze serve but I don’t need it anymore
    I cannot find a way to remove it from my max2play system but the real problem is that
    it starts automatically even if I have un-checked the box start at startup. It will start anyway!!
    I have another squeeze serve and this creates conflict
    I can stop the server by pressing the button but if I restart my pi it’ll automatically be activated

    Have you got a solution for this annoying behaviour? Can we disable it somehow?

    Hi Steve,

    Which Max2Play version and which Pi are you using? Usually it should work if you remove the server from autostart.

    If I remove from startup I get a message „successfully removed from start“ but then it will start anyway
    I’ve just checked again

    can I access as root and remove by hardforce from /usr/start?

    Hi Steve,

    You can access the Pi via ssh and make changes if you want. However, we cannot guarantee that everything will work as it should afterwards. If the autostart does not work properly, the server installation or the entire image is probably faulty. Therefore I would recommend burning a new image on the SD card, reinstalling the server and then testing the autostart again.
