    While in max2play hdmi desktop I tell it to shutdown and I get the message that a password is required.

    What password is this? What part of the setup required that I create a password?
    I need to know so I can add the info to my startup notes.

    Hi Dan,

    Max2Play is intended to be controlled from its web interface. The HDMI output does not offer any features beside Kodi and Jivelite.

    Use a smartphone or other to connect to the web interface under „max2play/“ in your browser.

    If I am in KODI and wish to reboot or shutdown what password do I give?
