I run domoticz and my house is automated. I would like to control my squeezebox players with some hardware around my house. For example when the bathroom light is switched on at a certain time of day I would like the radio to come on at a specific volume and when the light is switched off I would like it to turn off. I have managed to get this working for turning the radio off but wondered what the easiest was of doing this is. I am running Domoticz on a pi which works amazingly well. Does anyone currently use this kind of automation or would anyone be able to point me in the right direction for learning how to achieve this setup.
