    Hello,

I’ve got a problem connecting my devices running Spotify Premium (Laptop (Windows) and mobile (Android) to my Raspberry Pi with HifiBerry addon.
Problem on my laptop is, that every time I’d like to choose my rasp as a wifi speaker I need to open the max2play interface and do a complete reboot. Only after this reboot Spotify will show my wifi speaker (the raspberry) as an available player.
On my mobile Spotify won’t show my rasp in the list of other available players (bluetooth, wifi speakers and so on) at all. The only thing I can do is to use the mobile as a remote for the PC.

    Complete workaround:

Reboot M2P via interface on laptop
Start Spotify on Laptop and choose raspberry as player
    Start playing music
    Start Spotify on mobile
Possibility of changing music via mobile

As you ca see, this is not comfortable at all.

What do I need to do to quit this reboot process everytime I want to play music and to choose the rasp as my speaker directly via mobileP

    Thanks a lot
    Stefan

    Hi Stefan,

Are you using the Spotify Connect Player or Spotty plugin for the Squeezebox server? For the latter, try deselecting the connect devices and reselecting them. For spotify connect player try reinstalling the player with the newest source.
