    Hello,

I have a very specific environment and I pretend to use the items I already have at home:

    Living room:

    -Raspberry pi 2
-USB with 3.5 input and output
    -Speakers 2.1
-Vinyl player with: usb audio output or 3.5mm output
-Tv (which needs to play PLEX movies) (could be from kodi in pax2play with pex plugin installed)
    -usb bluetooth

In the living room i want ot be able to do these things:

    – watch plex movies
    – Hear and stream music from iphone spotify to all rooms
    – Stream vinyl to all rooms

    In the room I have:

    – Raspberry pi 2 which is used as plex media server
(I want to make this raspberry also a multiroom speaker)

In the bathroom I have a bluetoth speaker.

have watched alot of threads including one helping to instal plex media server but i want to be able to install on the max2play plex media player.

    Sorry for this difficult task

    Hi surfknox,

    Thank you for your request.

The middle application: – Hear and stream music from iphone spotify to all rooms
Works ideally with Max2Play. Both other applications are not ideal for Pi-Max2Play Setups.

For Plex, I would recommend just getting a second Pi.

For streaming the vinyl through various zones, max2play is not the solution. We cannot offer an option for input streaming with Pi as a server.

    Hi surfknox,

You can try, check the slimdevices forums on „wave Input Plugin“ for direct feedback from the creators of this solution.
