I’m having difficulty understanding whether I should be using the C1+ image or the C1 image on my C1+.
Since the C1+ image is a lot smaller am I losing any functionality by opting for this instead of C1, bearing in mind I don’t have a HiFi shield or touch display?
What is the reason for the significant difference in image sizes? Is the C1+ image based on Android and the C1 image based on Linux?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Hi DavidW,
Thank you for your questions.
The C1+ image is smaller because it is based on a newer version of Ubuntu. Both images are based on Linux and the Hardkernel version more precisely. There are no differences bettween the C1 and C1+ images related to functionality.
