Hi
I installed the accesspoint addon on my raspi3 and make it works with the lan connected
I also installed mpd server to play music but i can’t access to my raspi through accesspoint via android mpd client (with the lan disconnected)
If i check the standalone option i have on my android phone a notification to open browser that opens a page directly on max2play raspi config page but i’m not able to connect to the mpd server.
If i uncheck the standalone option i got nothing.
I notice the ip is not correct with the standalone checked (10.172.7.188) while raspi wifi ip is 192.168.189.1 (default one) while dnsmasq dhcp-range is 192.168.189.10-254… and i don’t understand why it doesn’t do his job.
Thank you for your help
Tang
Hello Tang,
Thanks for your request.
Please, reboot the system when you unplug the LAN cable with a active access point. To connect with the MPD try to use YMPD which you can open with the Max2Play web interface. That works with your android browser, too. It is the easiest way.
