Dear TJH,

You can try one of these options when you want to add the printer to Windows:

1.On the Windows computer, open Windows Explorer and go to the “Network” item. There’s an icon for the Raspbeery pi ; open it. There’s an icon for the printer shared from the CUPs. Right-click that one and select “Connect…”.

2.On the Windows computer, select “Add new printer” then “Connect to a printer on the Internet or network” and specify the full path of “http://{Playername}:631/printers/{printername}”

For the Android phone: maybe you can try to use another app.
