Starting advanced IEEE 802.11 management: hostapd failed!

This is key, it appears that „hostapd“ (host-access-point-daemon) is failing to start.
if that is not running you will not see a network.

There are many reasons why it might not start. Some wireless dongles do NOT support access point, and some do.
It depends on the chips used in the dongle. What model is dongle?
