Active speakers can be used for that and they are usually connected through the audio jack. The Odroid has an audio jack. Additionally, you can connect external USB sound cards. So far, the XFi by Creative and a LogiLink 7.1 sound card have been successfully tested. Furthermore, you have the option to connect the speakers via HDMI and an AV receiver.
