    Hi all
    I have an issues that I’d like some help with please.
    How do I upgrade my current 1Tb HHD with all my files on it to a new 2Tb HHD which I shall have to repopulate with the files from the old 1Tb HHD.
    I have seen how to mount a drive, and that is done already of course. So can I just do a copy/paste from one to another and plug the new drive in. Ive not done this yet as M2P is saying it will take over a day to complete.

    Hi Alex,

    In general, there should be no problems when you copy the files from one hard disk to another. At least if there is only your media library on the disc and no OS or other programmes are installed on it. Of course, you would have to rescan your library in the Squeezebox server afterwards, which can take a while depending on the size.
