Hi guys
I have one M2P server with an audio out and 4 players dotted around the house going into various amps.
I have run these without issues for over 5 years then the other day nothing was as it should be. It was saying it couldn’t access my flac files with any of the players or server.So I found another drive, and moved my files from my backup Synology server thinking that would be it. Not at all.
Still wouldn’t work, still could play or read the flac data.
Next I burned another image and this is where it got a whole lot worse. The LMS had had been replaced with the LYRION . After installing it, the whole system is now defunked. I sometimes can see my tracks, but they disappear at times for example you open an album and there’s nothing it’s empty. You open it again and some of the tracks are there, sometimes squeezer
or the LYRION player can’t locate my players, sometimes it can. Sometimes it will play a track,then it won’t. They players loose connection the whole thing is a mess. I’ve burned new images, set up new pi’s and used new hard drives. So my question is has there been any others who have had similar issues. If so and you’ve fixed them , well done, but how did you fix them. Any advice would be very much appreciated. Thanks
PS Is still possible to get the original LMS.
