We isolated the problem to the port addition and the „local“.

Please try one of these command line instead: 

-s 192.168.0.16 -o hw:CARD=sndrpijustboomd -V Digital -Q

-s livingroom -o hw:CARD=sndrpijustboomd -V Digital -Q
