If you are not planning to use the Amp on top of the DAC HAT you can simply install a 20×2 header in P2. That replicates all the pins from the Raspberry Pi GPIO. You can find our pinout here https://www.justboom.co/technical-guides/boards-pinout/
If you are planning to use the Amp on top of the DAC HAT you can install a 20×2 right angled header on P2 of the DAC HAT so that the header is soldered from the top side of the DAC HAT. You will then be able to make your connections from underneath the DAC HAT before you plug it onto the Raspberry Pi. The wires will then be sandwiched between the Raspberry Pi and the DAC HAT.
In this case you don’t need a micro USB Y cable at all.
